About Swiss Menu

The Swiss Menu Company was established in Sydney in 1989 by Charles Chappuis, who is originally from Switzerland. He trained as a textile engineer in Germany and operated an import export company in Switzerland. He has had a range of experience working in a number of industries in Europe. When he arrived in Australia he was responsible for Yves St. Laurent.

Charles’s mission is to create and produce unique items for the hospitality industry from the best available leathers, bookbinding materials and stainless steel. Only the best is good enough for
Swiss Menu, which has become renowned for its exclusive,
unique craftsmanship and style.
